First Time? Read This.

Just yourself, a water bottle, and a towel (we have spares if you forget). Cycling shoes are included free — we'll fit you at check-in. Wear something you'd sweat in.
Yes — no credit card required. You can book online or walk in. We'll set you up with shoes, get your bike adjusted, and ride. If you love it, then we'll talk about packages.
15 minutes early on your first visit so we can fit your shoes and set up your bike. After that, 5–10 minutes is plenty.
Absolutely. Our Feel Ride and Signature Ride are perfect for first-timers — no leaderboards, no pressure, just rhythm and energy. You control your resistance. Coaches will guide you the whole way.
Yes — Pratique members get discounted pricing on every package. Just show your member card or mention it on WhatsApp and we'll set you up.
Inside Pratique at 20335 Biscayne Blvd, L-201, Aventura FL 33180. Plenty of parking on site.
Yes — cancel up to 12 hours before class with no charge. Inside 12 hours, the class is forfeited to keep the studio fair to other riders.
